SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping fees are non-refundable! All refused, incorrect address listed, or undeliverable address will be subjected to a 15% charge in addition to the non-refundable shipping charges which results in the shipment being returned back to Jaykang.com. Any claims for shipment lost, shortages, and/or discrepancies must be reported to Jaykang.com within 48-hours of receipt of order. Unless stated otherwise, all orders are usually shipped via FedEx and usually Ship on the Same Business Day! Please read the FAQs about our shipping methods:
•How does Jaykang.com ship out the orders?
For online orders, you will choose the UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping services from a list when you check out. It is the real-time calculation from our location, according to UPS, your shipping fee is calculated by your location and weight of the products you ordered. However, we usually ship your orders via FedEx or USPS(US Post Office). We guaranty to use the equal service to the one you selected when you check out:
UPS Ground: 1-7 business days (depending on location) = FedEx Ground.
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days = FedEx Express Saver.
UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days = FedEx 2Day.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day by 3:00 PM = FedEx Overnight.
UPS Next Day Air: Next business day by 10:00 AM = FedEx Priority Overnight.
UPS Standard to Canada: 1-2 weeks = FedEx International Ground.
•How about if I have my own shipping carrier's account and like the shipping applied to my account?
If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier's account for the shipping fee, please Do Not order online! Simply give us a call by ordering on the phone or work out a paper order by faxing to us or e-mail to us. Be sure telling us your account number with the shipping carriers, whither it is a UPS, FedEx, DHL, or trucking, etc. otherwise, the fee will be added on your invoice.
• How do I get my order's tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are e-mailed to our customer after the orders are shipped. Be sure to provide us your e-mail address when you place the order.
• Does Jaykang.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business
days to process and should arrive within five to ten working days to arrive. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times. Please visit www.usps.com for more services that can trace your package. Please don't order online if you are APO/FPO.
• Why did FedEx/UPS separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped. FedEx/ may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that UPS may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.
• Can I save more money on shipping if I order certain amount of the products?
Yes, you can! We will split the ground shipping cost for your orders. within the 48 contiguous States in USA. In this case, please make the telephone order, Do not order online!
• How about if I am a customer from Hawaii or Alaska?
Only the Air services are available for Hawaii and Alaska, the cheapest is the 2nd Day Service, you can order online if this is OK for you. If it you are not that urgent, it is not worthy this way, we recommend you choose the US Post Office when you make a phone order or e-mail order or fax order.

• Does Jaykang.com ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. If you want make an online order from Canada, we can ship to you by UPS Standard Ground to Canada, choose this from the shipping service list when you check out. For the customers from other countries, please send us your order request by e-mail, we will send
you some information about the shipping fee and services within one day, we will ship to you after you confirm the service and the fee. From our experience, US Post Office is best way to ship internationally. UPS has the Air Service Available for Puerto Rico and other US territories. Jaykang.com will not in charge of any custom issues, we only provide the invoice to the carriers.
Please Note: Shipments over 150 lbs, may encure an additional shipping charge at a later day, based on the UPS HundredWeight Service.
